I've been in the weeds of revenue operations for 8 years. I built this because growing businesses deserve senior ops thinking, not junior execution.

I'm Ian, founder of Homegrown Growth Co. I've spent my career inside high-growth companies — from data analyst to Head of Global Revenue Operations — building the systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure that make revenue predictable.

I've built RevOps functions from scratch, managed international operations teams, and implemented CRM and automation systems across sales, marketing, and finance. I started HGC because I kept seeing the same pattern: growing businesses stuck with either overpriced agencies, junior admins, or no ops support at all.

I work directly with founders, operators, and revenue leaders who need senior-level thinking and someone who will actually build the thing — not just advise on it.
